FEDERAL PELL GRANT:

Available almost exclusively to undergraduates.  Pell grants are the foundation of federal student financial aid, to which aid from other federal and nonfederal sources might be added.

FEDERAL SUPPLEMENTAL EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITY GRANT (FSEOG) https://www.fseog.com

The Federal Supplemental Educational Opportunity Grant (FSEOG) is a grant that is awarded to students in need of financial aid. It is a type of federal grant that is awarded college undergraduate program students and does not need to be repaid. A student awarded with the FSEOG is given anything between $100.00 and $4,000.00 per year depending on the gravity of the person’s financial aid need.

IRAQ AND AFGHANISTAN SERVICE GRANT:

If you are not eligible for a Pell Grant but your parent or guardian was a member of the U.S. Armed Forces and died as a result of service performed in Iraq or Afghanistan after September 11, 2001, you may be eligible for this grant.
