Required Paperwork

Participating in High School Sports requires appropriate paperwork.  If you do not have your physical and ECISD online paperwork complete before tryouts you will not be allowed to try out.  We would like all of your paper work complete before the 1st day of tryouts.

PHYSICALS

Paperwork is now going to be submitted online.  Go to the ECHS Athletics Page, click on the link for athletic paperwork and follow the instructions.  If you have questions contact the school trainers.
